Textured · Abstract · Handcrafted
Art that you can feel as much as see.
Embossed Impressions is a studio practice built around modeling paste, palette knives, and a love for quiet, layered color. Each piece is sculpted as much as painted — an invitation to slow down and look closer.
Selected Work
A portfolio of textures.
Abstract compositions built up in layers — modeling paste carved and combed, then finished with warm pigments and muted jewel tones.
About the Artist
Pragya Goel
I'm a San Jose-based artist and the creator behind Embossed Impressions. My work lives at the intersection of texture and tone — built up with modeling paste and palette knives, and often quietly inspired by the patterns and palettes I grew up with.
I paint to make pieces that feel present in a room: tactile, warm, and considered. Every canvas starts with a surface — a sculpted base that catches light before any color ever lands.
